The Pride in Care quality standard is attained through a guided, step-by-step accreditation process. Our team of specialist LGBTQ+ quality advisors offer: Policy reviews Staff survey assessments Internal training Ongoing consultancy advice Why undergo Pride in Care assessment? Attainment of this UK-registered award gives your organisation full use of Pride in Care branding, raising your equalities profile and demonstrating your commitment to deliver high-quality inclusive, safe and supportive services to older LGBTQ+ people. Once awarded, we will add you to our accredited service database. We also provide access to a wide range of free and discounted services for health and social care professionals. Due to the coronavirus, we understand that many organisations working with older service users are currently overwhelmed. Opening Doors is still working with clients that are undergoing assessment and we are happy to discuss your organisation's needs at this time and in future.
